One of South Florida’s most popular chocolatiers is closing one of its six locations.

On Tuesday, Hoffman’s Chocolates confirmed the Greenacres store has closed.

Company spokesperson Kip Hunter pointed out that Hoffman’s had sold the building in March 2022 to Saito Facility. He explained the new owner has other plans for the building.

Hunter added that Hoffman’s five other shops, in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, are still open.

According to the company’s website, Hoffman’s got its beginnings fifty years ago, in 1975, with its first store in Lake Worth.
