Ace Pickleball Club Releases Championship Series Schedule
March 18, 2025 // Franchising.com // ROSEWELL, GA – Ace Pickleball Club (APC) officially announced its second annual APC Championship Series dates, beginning with the men’s and women’s doubles Mar. 22 and 23. This tournament series serves in tandem with the brand’s mission to expand the sport of pickleball by inspiring new players and providing opportunities for growth.
In its inaugural year of the tournament in 2024, APC featured over 2,200 members in qualifying events with over 500 players reaching the National Championship event to compete for $250,000 – the largest prize pool in amateur pickleball history.
“We were thrilled to see the excitement and enthusiasm our members showed in the first year of these events,” said Brian Noble, Vice President of Pickleball at APC. “We are excited to add more players and new communities to continue growing the APC Championship Series. We are ready to welcome the next wave of members at all skill levels to compete for the chance at being named APC National Champion.”
APC had seven clubs participate last year and will add four new locations for the first event – Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Des Plaines, Illinois; Magnolia, Texas; and Vernon Hills, Illinois – with additional clubs added through the year to the competition in 2025. An estimated 12,000 players will be looking to qualify for the January 2026 National Championship weekend. This event will only continue to gain steam as the sport of pickleball has a projected market value of 4.4 billion by 2033 and APC has over 125 locations awarded and in various stages of development.
Members will be able to qualify at their local club in one of six skill levels - beginner, intermediate, intermediate plus, advanced, advanced plus, and open – in men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and a team event. Each skill and event level will include an under 50 and over 50 age group.
The full breakdown of 2025 local qualifying events are as follows:
- Men’s and Women’s Doubles – March 22-23
- Team Event – April 26-27
- Mixed Doubles – May 31-June 1
- Men’s and Women’s Doubles – August 23-24
- Team Event – September 13-14
- Mixed Doubles – October 10-11
